Psychological help

 

specialist counseling (personal, telephone, online)

short-term psychological and therapeutic assistance:
individual,
group,
family.

 

Intervention assistance – community visits, intervention conversations in the event of reports of abuse against children, disabled people and the elderly.

 

Emergency help for people in sudden or traumatic crisis situations, i.e.: experiencing domestic violence, victims of accidents, crimes (assaults, rapes), experiencing the loss of loved ones.

Counseling and legal assistance

Mainly topics related to family law, including: assistance in drafting procedural and official letters, monitoring the progress of cases together with the client.

Persons who are not clients of CIK can apply for free legal assistance at free assistance points operating within the structures of the City Hall.

Remember:

The Crisis Intervention Center in Lublin provides help completely free of charge (for Lublin residents),

 

Minors must present written consent from their legal guardians to be able to use the help offered at CIK,

 

An employee of the Crisis Intervention Center in Lublin may refuse to provide help if the person is intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or shows aggressive behavior.
