As part of the HELP Against Violence project, seminars for people who have experienced violence are held at the Crisis Intervention Center in Lublin.
In September, one of the groups completed its intensive seminar. The participants were active and focused to take away as much knowledge and benefit as possible, such as the ability to communicate their needs, recognize their own and other people’s emotions, deepen self-awareness, learn to set wise boundaries, and much, much more. We have to admit that working with such an enthusiastic group is a great pleasure and a very valuable experience not only for the participants but also for the trainers. Thank you for the time spent together!
The next group for survivors will start in November.
