Dealing with stress

Who among us has not experienced stress?

Accelerated heartbeat, faster breathing, pressure in the stomach. Stress is a normal reaction of our body to various events and experiences, it can be positive, in a situation where it mobilizes the body for action, but prolonged can have negative consequences … We face it every day – at work, school … It is impossible to avoid it, but you can cope with it.

There are many ways to deal with stress, and you will find some of them below:

  • Be sure to eat a proper diet;
  • Take care of physical activity;
  • Take care of your sleep hygiene, try to get at least 7-8h of sleep;

If you are facing prolonged stress or don’t know how to deal with it, you can come to the Crisis Intervention Center.
