11 February is World Day of the Sick.
When we are sick ourselves or a loved one, we encounter many difficulties along the way. Some situations are completely new, we do not understand them, we do not know how we should behave, we feel overwhelmed….
In addition to medical help, psychological support is also needed in the event of illness. The saying ‘in a healthy body – a healthy spirit’ really works both ways – because by taking care of our mental condition we can contribute to a faster recovery.
The Crisis Intervention Centre in Lublin provides support in a crisis caused by illness. We know that this time is difficult for you, which is why we want to invite you so that we can go through it together.
One of the many forms of support we offer in this area are Simonton Therapy workshops, where we learn, among other things, how to use the body’s potential to enhance the healing process, how to build a circle of support, effective methods of coping with stress.
Come, call, enquire about dates – we provide support in crisis of illness in both individual and group formats.
Don’t worry about the cost – all our activities are completely free of charge for Lublin residents.
Remember – you don’t have to be alone. We are! Always ready to give safety, support and hope.
