“Vacation in the balance: the head wants to rest too!”
The start of summer and the end of the school year means it’s time for our “Safe Vacation”!
This is a cyclical action of the Center for Crisis Intervention in Lublin organized under the Civic Budget.
The aim of the action is primarily to build awareness and prevent mental crises and hegemony among children, young people and the general population of Lublin during the vacations.
This year we will conduct activities under the slogan:
“Safe Holidays – Speak. Feel. Act.”
The main pillars of our message are:
- Your emotions are important – anyone can experience a crisis.
- You are not alone – there are places to get help.
- Hate speech is not a joke – let’s build a violence-free vacation.
Talk. Breathe. Rest. – Promote simple self-regulation tools.
