Sexual violence is any activity that results in unwanted intimate contact. Sexual violence includes forcing to perform sexual acts, harassment, rape, using sexual terms in a degrading manner in conversation; forcing to engage in sexual or pornographic content, and many others. Psychological support is needed in the event of experiencing sexual violence. Sexual violence is usually a traumatic experience. A person experiencing sexual violence may experience low mood, guilt, sadness, shock, fear, depressive disorders, or even trauma. The most common people experiencing sexual violence are women, but it can also be experienced by men, children, and seniors.
