Vacations or Christmas break are by definition associated with pleasure, relaxation, and a break from daily responsibilities. We often have more time for loved ones and for our interests. After such days off, it is generally a little more difficult to get up for work, we generally need a few days to settle back into our daily routine. This is an ordinary, common phenomenon that should not worry us in any way. The post-holiday bad mood usually continues for about 3-7 days and generally passes on its own. Sometimes, however, the unpleasant symptoms persist for even more than 3 weeks, in which case it may be a condition referred to as “post-holiday depression/depression,” PHT (post holiday tension syndrome):

don’t blame yourself for how you feel, and instead give yourself special time and attention by making sure that your daily rest after work is worthwhile and filled with activities you enjoy. You should also consider consulting a psychologist who will give you the support you need, help you analyze your approach to work and rest, point out methods of relaxation, and teach you ways to manage your emotions in such a way as to reduce the likelihood of post-holiday tension in the future.
