Strong emotions arise after the loss of a loved one. This is a normal phenomenon that has affected, affects or will affect each of us. The most important thing is to experience mourning properly.
If you feel that these emotions are overwhelming you and are too difficult, you can always find help at CIK. We will guide you through the mourning process so that you know how to live it well – stage by stage.
Relationships with other group participants will allow you to look at your emotions from different angles, giving you a broader perspective.
