General Provisions
- This Privacy Policy applies to the personal data of the Users of the Website operating at cik.lublin.eu (hereinafter also referred to as the Website);
- Users’ personal data are processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Dz. Urz. EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), hereinafter referred to as RODO;
- Personal data will be collected through the mechanism of the contact form to be placed on the website cik.lublin.eu
Data administrator
- The administrator of the personal data is the Crisis Intervention Centre in Lublin with its registered office at ul. Probostwo 6A, 20-089 in Lublin, NIP: 712 327 55 60 REGON: 061504032 E-mail address: sekretariat@cik.lublin.eu hereinafter referred to as the Site Administrator.
- The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer with whom you may contact in all matters concerning the processing of your personal data and the exercise of your rights in relation to data processing, via email address: inspektor@cbi24.pl or in writing to the Administrator’s address.
Purpose of personal data collection
- Personal data collected by the Data Administrator via the contact form are used to contact the Users;
- The User’s personal data will be processed for the period necessary to prepare and present a reply to the enquiry submitted via the contact form.
- Provision of the personal data indicated above is voluntary; however, without providing such data, it may not be possible to use the Website in the scope of functionalities which require it (e.g. sending an enquiry)
- User provides his/her data voluntarily. The data are stored for the duration of the legal basis allowing for their storage.
Processing of personal data
- The Administrator may process the User’s personal data: name, e-mail address, telephone number.
- The collected personal data of the Customer are not transferred to international organisations or third countries. Personal data may be processed by other entities in accordance with Union or national law.
- The personal data collected through the forms for which the Customer has given his/her consent is processed for the purpose and for the period necessary for the proper handling of the request.
- The purposes of the processing together with the legal basis for their processing:
- handling of correspondence (enquiries made via the contact form) – Article 6(1)(f) RODO,
- creation of an archive for the possible need to defend, establish or assert claims, as well as for the identification of a returning customer – Article 6(1)(f) RODO.
- The processing of your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling.
Information on recipients of personal data/categories of recipients
- External service providers who are involved in the processing of your personal data are:
- the hosting provider, which stores the data on the server,
- the maintenance provider, which accesses the data if the technical work carried out relates to the areas where the personal data is located,
- other subcontractors, which access the data if the scope of their activities requires such access.
- All the entities mentioned above process your data on the basis of personal data processing entrustment agreements concluded with us and guarantee an adequate level of personal data protection.
Users’ rights
- With regard to the processing of his/her data, the user has the following rights:
- the right to access his/her data and to receive a copy of them,
- the right to rectify (amend) his/her data,
- the right to erase data,
- the right to restrict the processing of data,
- the right to object to the processing of data,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, if such consent was previously given,
- the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

- The Website collects information by means of cookies – session cookies, permanent cookies and third party cookies.
- The collection of cookies supports the correct provision of services on the Website and serves statistical purposes.

- In accordance with Article 173 of the Act of 16 July 2004. Telecommunications Law, uses Cookies which are computer data, in particular text files that are stored on the User’s terminal equipment. Final Provisions
- The Administrator of the Site has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, but the rights of Users will not be restricted.
- Information about the introduced changes will appear on the Site.
- The Data Controller has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the personal data processed, taking into account the state of the art, the cost of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing;
- The Data Controller shall in particular secure the personal data sent electronically against: accidental or unlawful loss/modification, unauthorised disclosure or unauthorised access to the personal data processed.
