We are pleased to announce that we will soon begin providing supervision support to five employees of the Crisis Intervention Center in Lublin, aged 50+.
Supervision is one of the most important elements of the support system, contributing to the improvement of professional skills. This is particularly important for people who have been working in the field of social assistance for a long time, including crisis intervention, and who provide daily support to those in need.
Recruitment for the project has been completed and on November 4, 2025, classes with a supervisor will begin, in which five CIK employees aged 50+ will participate.
Supervision will take place at our headquarters at ul. Probostwo 6A.
The activity is co-financed by the European Union.
