Group classes

Why do group meetings work?

A support group is a safe space that allows us to experience in an atmosphere of comfort and understanding those situations in our lives that may be troublesome on a daily basis and make it difficult to function.

Through supportive group activities, participants can develop interpersonal skills more effectively. They also provide great opportunities to observe our own reactions to the roles we assume in contact with other people.
