Personal crises
When a difficult event causes your coping abilities to become overwhelmed and you feel that you don’t have enough strength to get through the situation on your own – you are probably experiencing a personal crisis.
A crisis is a kind of reaction to an event that is so stressful that it overwhelms you and you have a sense of not being able to cope with your life, disruption of security and emotional stability.
If in your reaction to a difficult situation you notice in yourself, for example:
– emotional imbalance,
– disruption of coping mechanisms to deal with everyday situations,
– high levels of stress that make you feel a deterioration of your well-being,
Call and report to the CIK – 81 466 55 46 and a First Contact worker will make an appointment for you to see a psychologist. You will get the support you need. The specialist will help you understand your reactions and the emotions that are occurring.
