- The first contact employee will ask why you are looking for help and what support you expect. A thorough understanding of your situation will allow us to select the most appropriate form of assistance. Talking about your problems is often not easy, you may feel embarrassed – this is natural. It is worth answering the questions of the first contact employee precisely, if possible, because this will enable us to provide you with professional help and make an appointment with an appropriate specialist.
- If you are not a resident of Lublin, the first contact employee will inform you about the forms of help available in your place of residence and about centers specializing in helping people experiencing violence, which do not have any regionalization.
