The city of Lublin has prepared a series of workshops devoted to the implementation of the “Blue Card” procedure. The project, entitled “YOU ARE NOT ALONE! First psychological aid for children and young people,” is being implemented from the Civic Budget by the Crisis Intervention Center in Lublin (…) The interactive workshops will be led by Adam Mołdoch, chairman of the Interdisciplinary Team for Counteracting Domestic Violence in Lublin (…) The local government of Lublin will also launch free specialist psychological centers in the near future and will conduct workshops for children by the end of the year.”
Today, as part of the project “YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Psychological first aid for children and young people” implemented by the Crisis Intervention Center in Lublin with funds from the Civic Budget, workshops were held on the “Blue Card” procedure.
The meeting was organized for teaching staff and specialists working at Primary School No. 24 and was aimed at improving knowledge and practical skills related to responding to domestic violence.
Participants learned about the applicable legal provisions and the detailed procedure for initiating and conducting the “Blue Card” procedure. Practical issues were also discussed, including how to fill out the “Blue Card A” form and the child risk assessment questionnaire, as well as the responsibilities of educational institution representatives and the rules for protecting personal data in this process.
The workshop was led by Adam Mołdoch, Chairman of the Interdisciplinary Team for Counteracting Domestic Violence in Lublin, an expert and practitioner in this field.
The meeting was interactive and combined various teaching methods, thanks to which the participants not only gained knowledge, but also had the opportunity to practice its application in practice.
