Description of the accessibility of entering the building and passing through the control area
The entrance to the building of the Center, located at 6a Probostwo Street in Lublin, takes place from the “0” level and is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The room for direct contact with the employee and psychologist of the Center is located on the first floor of the building, in close proximity to the entrance to the building. The entrance is covered by electronic security system monitoring.
Description of accessibility of corridors, stairs and elevators
The rooms adapted to the needs of the disabled are located on level “0”. There are stairs in the rooms used by the Center. Handrails are installed on the staircases. There is no elevator in the building. On the “0” level there is the possibility of moving, for example, a wheelchair for those who have problems with independent movement.

The entrance to the building of the Center, located at 3 North Street in Lublin, takes place from the “0” level and is adapted to the needs of the disabled. The room for direct contact with an employee and a doctor of the Center is located on the first floor of the building, in close proximity to the entrance to the building. The area of the Center and the entrance to the building are covered by video surveillance.

All rooms within the Center are located on the “0” level. There are no stairs or elevators in the rooms used by the Center. The premises are accessible to people with disabilities.

Description of the accessibility of entering the building and passing through the control area
The entrance to the building, located at 125 North Street in Lublin, takes place from the “0” level. There is a step in front of the entrance. The room for direct contact with the Point’s employee is located on the first floor of the building, accessible by stairs. The use of the stairs for people with disabilities and the elderly is made possible by a stairlift. The building is covered by monitoring (Burglary and Robbery Alarm System).

The premises of the Intervention and Consultation Point and the Intervention Apartment are located on level -1 (basement), first floor and first floor. Each level is accessible by stairs. There is no elevator in the building.

Declaration of accessibility concerning the Crisis Intervention Center in Lublin – Hostel for people in crisis at 3 Bronowicka Street.
Description of the accessibility of entering the building and passing through the control area
The main entrance to the Hostel building located at 3 Bronowicka Street in Lublin takes place from the elevated first floor level – a wide covered staircase (4 steps) leads to the building. There are no assistive devices for people with special needs to use the stairs. Behind the entrance door is an interior vestibule. In the main lobby, directly behind the entrance door from the vestibule, there is a caretaker’s station at the Hostel. The building is covered by video surveillance (Burglary and Robbery Alarm System).
Description of accessibility of corridors, stairs and elevators
The building has a wide staircase to the second floor, where most of the Hostel’s rooms are located. The staircase is railroaded. The building lacks an elevator and other devices to assist people with special mobility needs to use the stairs. There is a toilet for people with disabilities on the first floor. On the ground and second floors, wide corridors and hallways, as well as flat thresholds and wide doorways, allow people with special mobility needs (e.g., in a wheelchair, with supports, with a baby carriage) to move around.
