Non-compliance with the annex

  • Downloads are text documents (readable by assistive technologies), but may contain formatting errors that make the content difficult to read;
  • Links are not visually consistent on every subpage;
    when the page view is enlarged to 200%, you cannot see all of the information on the page; however, there are dedicated accessibility tools on the site that allow you to, among other things, individually adjust the font size, and when the font size is increased to 200%, you can see all of the information on the page;

Plans to eliminate digital accessibility bugs

We plan to rebuild the site before the end of 2025. During the redesign, we intend to eliminate all the digital accessibility bugs mentioned above.

Architectural accessibility

The Crisis Intervention Center is located at 6a Probostwo Street:

There are 2 entrances to the building – from Solidarności Avenue and from Probostwo Street. The entrance from Solidarności Avenue is from the “0” level. Further passage leads through stairs, another entrance door and a corridor. For clients, there is an entrance from Probostwo Street, which takes place from level “0” and is adapted to the needs of the disabled. The room for direct contact with the employee and psychologist of the Center is located on the first floor of the building, in close proximity to the entrance to the building. The entrance is covered by electronic security system monitoring. Rooms adapted to the needs of the disabled are located on the “0” level. There are staircases in the rooms used by the Center. Handrails are installed on the staircases. There is no elevator in the building. On the “0” level there is the possibility of moving, for example, a wheelchair for those who have problems with independent movement. Toilets are not adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. In front of the building at 6a Probosci Street there are no designated parking and parking spaces for the disabled. It is possible to enter the building and all its premises with an assistance dog and a guide dog. The building lacks adaptations such as ramps, platforms, voice information, induction loops.

Crisis Intervention Center in Lublin – Early Intervention Center for People with Alcohol Problems and their Families, located at 3 Północna Street:

The entrance to the building of the Center, located at 3 Północna Street in Lublin, takes place from the “0” level and is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The room for direct contact with an employee and a doctor of the Center is located on the first floor of the building, in close proximity to the entrance to the building. The premises of the Center and the entrance to the building are covered by video surveillance. All rooms on the premises of the Center are located on the “0” level. There are no stairs or elevators in the rooms used by the Center. The premises are accessible to people with disabilities. The building lacks adaptations such as ramps, platforms, voice information, induction loops. The center is located in a closed and guarded area. It is not possible to enter the premises by private car. Persons with an assistance dog and a guide dog can enter the Center. There is no sign language interpreter available on site or online.

Crisis Intervention Center in Lublin – Intervention and Consultation Point and Intervention Shelter at 125 North Street:

The entrance to the building, located at 125 North Street in Lublin, takes place from the “0” level. There is a step in front of the entrance. The room for direct contact with the Point’s employee is located on the first floor of the building, accessible by stairs. The use of the stairs for people with disabilities and the elderly is made possible by a stairlift. The building is covered by monitoring (Burglary and Robbery Alarm System). The premises of the Intervention and Consultation Point and the Intervention Shelter are located on level -1 (basement), first floor and first floor. Each level is accessible by stairs. There is no elevator in the building. The building lacks adaptations such as ramps, platforms, voice information, induction loops. In front of the building at 125 North Street, there are no designated parking and parking spaces for people with disabilities. Persons with an assistance dog and a guide dog can enter the Point. There is no sign language interpreter available on-site or online.

Crisis Intervention Center in Lublin – Hostel for people in crisis at 3 Bronowicka Street.

The main entrance to the Hostel building located at 3 Bronowicka Street in Lublin is from the elevated first floor level – a wide covered staircase (4 steps) leads to the building. There are no assistive devices for people with special needs to use the stairs. Behind the entrance door is an interior vestibule. In the main hall, directly behind the door

from the vestibule, there is a caretaker’s station at the Hostel. The building is covered by video surveillance (Burglary and Robbery Alarm System). The building has a wide staircase to the second floor, where most of the Hostel rooms are located. The staircase is guarded. The building lacks an elevator and other devices to assist people with special mobility needs to use the stairs. There is a toilet for people with disabilities on the first floor. On the first floor and second floor, wide corridors and lobby, as well as flat thresholds and wide doorways, allow people with special mobility needs (e.g., in a wheelchair, with supports, with a baby carriage) to move around. The building lacks adaptations such as ramps, platforms, voice information, induction loops. There are no designated parking and parking spaces for people with disabilities at the building. People with an assistance dog and a guide dog can enter the building. No sign language interpreter available on site or online.
