The “Week of Assistance to Persons Victimized by Crime” has begun.

Today at the Center we talked about how to deal with the situation when we are victims of crime, and what psychological and somatic consequences are associated with experiencing a crime.
Starting today, as part of the “Week of Assistance to Persons Victimized by Crime” campaign, all those in need of support will have the opportunity to receive free counseling, among other things:
  • Additional psychological duty at CIK 6A Probostwo Street: 12:00-13:00 and 18:00-19:00,
  • Social worker duty 15:00-16:00 Bronowicka 3 Street (Hostel for people in crisis),
  • Duty of a Ukrainian-speaking psychologist 15:00-16:00 3 Bronowicka St. (Hostel for people in crisis).

As part of the Week of Assistance to the Victims of Crime, CIK has a surprise for the youngest.

Specialists from the Crisis Intervention Center in Lublin have developed a coloring book that can help children understand their feelings, and while wandering through the Land of Emotions with Cikus the Bear, they will learn about different ways to cope with more difficult emotions
There you will also find the Center’s contact information, as well as advice on how to prepare for an appointment with a psychologist.
We invite you to a world full of adventures. Land of Emotions is an interesting and colorful place – try to go for a walk together with Cikus to learn about different emotions. Cikus bear will help you understand what you are feeling, but he will also need your help – the whole Land of Emotions needs to be colored – to make it as colorful as you dream of.
