The Crisis Intervention Centre in Lublin is implementing the Silver 50+ project. New horizons for local government employees in Lublin. It is planned to provide five employees of the Centre aged 50+ with support in the form of supervision.
Supervision of social welfare sector employees consists of the continuous professional development of social service employees, aimed at maintaining a high level of service provision, preserving and strengthening professional competences, providing support, identifying sources of difficulties at work and ways of overcoming them.
Supervision is one of the most important elements of the support system, contributing to the improvement of the professional skills of social workers. It gives employees the opportunity to gain new knowledge, get to know themselves and their personality better, improve interpersonal communication, and exchange experiences.
